If you’ve been invited to perform Blacklane rides on behalf of one of our partners, you can complete your registration in the Blacklane chauffeur app. Look for the email inviting you to create your account and download the app.
The app shows you what’s complete, and what’s still required before you can start your first ride.
For partners: please continue to add chauffeurs to your account using the partner portal.
For chauffeurs:
How it works
1. Receive an email invitation to join Blacklane
2. Create your password using the reset link
3. Download and sign in to the chauffeur app
4. Open your onboarding checklist
5. Complete each required step
What you’re asked to complete:
Add your chauffeur documents
Complete your training and background check requirements if necessary
Onboarding statuses
Pending: the document has not yet been added
In review: the document has been submitted and is being checked by Blacklane
Approved: the document has been accepted
Rejected: the document can’t be approved for the reason provided
Expiring: the document will soon be out of date and needs to be renewed
If a document is rejected: We’ll let you know if a document you’ve submitted hasn’t been approved. The changes required will be clearly listed so you can upload an updated version next time.
