Verifying your phone number helps Blacklane confirm that your contact details match your chauffeur profile and are up to date. This also means guests are able to contact you during a ride if required.
How do I verify my phone number?
In the chauffeur app, go to the You tab.
Select the correct country and enter your phone number.
Tap Continue.
Follow the verification flow and enter the code provided by the app.
Return to your profile and check that the number is marked Verified.
