Every month, we celebrate the top rated chauffeur from each of the global regions (Americas, APAC, and EMEA). To be nominated as Chauffeur of the Month, you must have achieved:
At least 10 x five-star ratings in the previous month
A 90 day rating which is equal to or above 4.98
It's our privilege to recognize these chauffeurs for the incredible effort and pride they put into delivering a five-star experience every time they perform a ride.
Each region's Chauffeur of the Month is announced in the monthly chauffeur newsletter, and given a global gift voucher worth €100.
If you're nominated as Chauffeur of the Month, we'll contact you by phone to let you know. Once we’ve given you the good news, we’ll send you an email to confirm, so please make sure to respond as soon as possible.
We'll also ask you for some information so we can feature your achievement in the newsletter. We need:
Your consent to be featured in the newsletter
A picture of yourself in professional attire
Your answers to the following questions:
Do you have any tips on how to ensure the best service possible?
What is your source of motivation?
This will be included in the newsletter, along with a message for you from the Market Management team.
We'll also send you a certificate by email to commemorate your achievement.
