Every month, we celebrate the top rated chauffeur from each of the global regions Blacklane operates in (Americas, APAC, and EMEA). To be nominated as Chauffeur of the Month, you must have achieved:
At least 10 x 5 star ratings in the previous month
A 90 day rating which is equal to or above 4.98
It's our privilege to recognize these chauffeurs for the incredible amount of effort and pride that they put into delivering a five-star experience, every time they perform a ride.
Each region's Chauffeur of the Month is announced in the monthly chauffeur newsletter, and awarded a luxury experience at a venue in their home city, worth $/€/£100.
If you are nominated as Chauffeur of the Month, we will contact you by phone to let you know. Once we’ve given you the good news, we’ll send you an email to confirm, so please make sure to respond as soon as possible!
We will also ask you for some information, so that we can feature your achievement in the newsletter. We need:
Your consent to be featured in the newsletter
A picture of yourself in professional attire
Your answers to the following questions:
Do you have any tips on how to ensure the best service possible?
What is your source of motivation?
The details above will be included in the newsletter, along with a message for you, from the Market Management team.
We encourage all nominees to provide us with photos of them enjoying their luxury event so that we can share this with your colleagues and inspire even more top-tier chauffeurs!
We will also send you a certificate via email to commemorate your achievement.
