How can I check the status of my application or changes to my account?

Recently registered as a partner or added a new chauffeur or vehicle to your account? We're on it!

Whether you are an existing partner adding a new vehicle or just starting your Blacklane journey, we are going to need some documents to make this happen!

We know document verification isn't everyone's idea of a fun time, but it is an essential part of getting your account or new chauffeur and vehicle up and running, so we are doing our best to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Once you have uploaded the requested documents to the partner or onboarding portal, you will see that their status is either:

Pending (in the partner portal)


Ready for review (in the onboarding portal).

When documents are in review or pending, it means that they are in a queue to be verified by a member of the partner operations team. The crew are working hard to check these as quickly as possible for you, but please bear in mind that during particularly busy times this may take a little longer than usual.

In general, the expected wait time for checking new partner applications is around a week. For new chauffeurs and vehicles, please allow 2-3 working days for us to check your documents.
