How can I remove a chauffeur or vehicle from my account?

Update your fleet with these easy steps!

If you are no longer using a vehicle, or if a chauffeur stops working with your company, you should update your account to make sure your fleet information is up to date.

How to remove a chauffeur:

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal.

2. Click ‘Chauffeurs’.

3. Select the chauffeur you want to remove by clicking ‘Details’.

4. Click ‘Disable chauffeur’.

5. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that this action cannot be undone, except by contacting the Partner Support team. You can do this by opening a chat and clicking ‘Talk to a person’. Click ‘OK’ to confirm your decision.

How to remove a vehicle

  • Unfortunately it is not currently possible to remove a vehicle from your account using the Partner Portal.

  • Instead, please contact the Partner Support team by opening a chat and clicking ‘Talk to a person.

  • Be ready to provide the plate number of the vehicle you wish to remove from your account.
