How can I remove a chauffeur or vehicle from my account?

Update your fleet with these easy steps.

If you're no longer using a vehicle, or if a chauffeur stops working with your company, you should update your account to make sure your fleet information is up to date.

How to remove a chauffeur:

  1. Log in to the partner portal.

2. Click ‘Chauffeurs’.

3. Select the chauffeur you want to remove by selecting ‘Details’.

4. Press ‘Disable chauffeur’.

5. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that this action cannot be undone, except by contacting the Partner Care team. You can do this by opening a chat. Click ‘OK’ to confirm your decision.

How to remove a vehicle

  • Unfortunately it's not currently possible to remove a vehicle from your account in the partner portal.

  • Instead, please contact the Partner Care team by opening a chat.

  • Be ready to provide the plate number of the vehicle you want to remove from your account.
