Once your documents have been approved and your training is complete, you will be asked to participate in a webinar.
We will send you an email which looks like this:
Click the link in the email to select the webinar date you would like to attend, followed by the time you can attend. Please note the times listed are local to you.
Enter the same details you used when creating your Blacklane account.
Click Book and you’re all set! You will receive an email with a link to join the webinar at the date and time you selected.
On the day of the webinar, please ensure to arrive 5 minutes early, wearing professional attire.
During the webinar, we will:
Provide an introduction to Blacklane
Revise the training materials
Learn about our quality standards and the perfect journey experience
There will also be a quiz, and the opportunity to ask questions, so please make sure to read through the training materials one more time.
We’ll let you know by email if you passed the webinar within 24 hours.
For new chauffeurs
Once your documents are approved and your training is complete, the final step before going live is to attend your chauffeur webinar. This session will help you prepare for your first Blacklane ride and give you practical tips on delivering a luxury chauffeur experience.
Once you’re eligible, you’ll receive an invitation email with a booking link.
Click the link to open the scheduling page.
Choose your preferred date and time (all times are shown in your local time zone).
Enter your booking details - please use the same details as in your Blacklane account.
Click Book. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the webinar link.
What to expect
Before the session: Please join 10 minutes early and wear professional attire.
During the session we will:
Introduce you to Blacklane
Review the training materials
Share our quality standards and what creates the perfect guest journey
After the session: You’ll complete a short final assessment to confirm your understanding. If you’ve reviewed the training materials, you’ll be well prepared (we recommend reading once more).
You’ll receive your result by email within 24 hours of attending the webinar.
