Once your documents have been approved and your training is complete, we'll invite you to schedule a webinar with us via email.
Click the link included to select the webinar date and time you would like to attend.
The times listed are local to you.
Enter the same details you used when creating your Blacklane profile.
Click Register and you’re all set. You'll get an email with a link to join the webinar at the date and time you selected in Zoom.
On the day of the webinar, please arrive at least five minutes early, wearing professional attire.
During the webinar, we'll:
Provide an introduction to Blacklane
Revise the training materials
Learn about our quality standards and the perfect journey experience
There will also be a final assessment, and the opportunity to ask questions, so please make sure to read through the training materials one more time.
We’ll let you know by email if you passed the webinar within 24 hours.
