Once your documents have been approved and your training is complete, you will be asked to participate in a webinar.
We will send you an email which looks like this:
Click the link in the email to select the webinar date you would like to attend, followed by the time you can attend. Please note the times listed are local to you.
Enter the same details you used when creating your Blacklane account.
Click Book and you’re all set! You will receive an email with a link to join the webinar at the date and time you selected.
On the day of the webinar, please ensure to arrive 5 minutes early, wearing professional attire.
During the webinar, we will:
Provide an introduction to Blacklane
Revise the training materials
Learn about our quality standards and the perfect journey experience
There will also be a quiz, and the opportunity to ask questions, so please make sure to read through the training materials one more time.
We’ll let you know by email if you passed the webinar within 24 hours.
