Our Partner Operations Team works hard each day to welcome new partners onboard. Due to high volume, we prioritize applications which are 100% complete. This means before we can review your partner application, you should make sure the following tasks are complete:
Uploaded ALL mandatory documents for your company, first chauffeur and first vehicle.
Completed your chauffeur training.
Read and acknowledged your Partner Contract.
Provided your bank account information.
You can continue from where you last left off in your application by logging in to the Onboarding Portal to complete any outstanding tasks. Once complete, our Partner Operations Team will review your application to confirm everything is in order. This process can take as little as two weeks, but may be longer depending on the volume of applications currently being reviewed.
If a document needs to be resubmitted, you will be notified by the team via email. After your application has been successfully reviewed, we will send an email invitation for you to attend a webinar session.
During the webinar session, we we will check your knowledge of Blacklane’s processes and policies, and answer any questions you may have. This is your time to shine and excel! After the webinar is successfully completed, you will be ready to have your Blacklane account set live.
