Our operations team works hard to help new partners join Blacklane. Due to the high number of applications we receive, we prioritize the ones that are 100% complete. This means before we can review your partner application, you should make sure the following tasks are complete:
Upload all mandatory documents for your company, first chauffeur and first vehicle.
Completed your chauffeur training.
Read and acknowledged your partner contract.
Provided your bank account information.
You can continue where you last left off and complete any outstanding tasks for your application by logging in to the onboarding portal. Once complete, we'll review your application. This process can take as little as two weeks, but may be longer depending on the volume of applications being reviewed.
If a document needs to be resubmitted, you'll be notified via email. After your application has been approved, we'll invite you to attend a webinar.
During the webinar, we'll check your knowledge of Blacklane’s processes and policies, and answer any questions you may have. After the webinar is successfully completed, your account will be set live.
