You may be wondering what to do next, but don't worry! We just need some slight updates to some of your documentation.

If you are registering to become a Blacklane partner, click the link 'Upload required documents' to take you directly to the Onboarding Portal.

If your account is live with Blacklane and you are already performing rides, you should use the Partner Portal.

Here you will be able to see the requested amendments to documents which have not yet been approved:

Simply follow the instructions provided for each document, and once we have had a chance to review the new version, we'll let you know the next steps in the process by email as soon as possible.

Please make sure that all of your documents are Ready for Review and we will get back to you with the next steps in your application as soon as possible!

If you want to change a document you have already uploaded which has not been reviewed yet, please let us know in the chat by clicking 'Talk to a person'.
