If you've received an email advising you that some of your documents have expired, please follow the steps below.
If you have company documents to renew, simply click on your company name to be taken directly to the partner portal. The same will work for any chauffeur or vehicle listed in the email which has documents which should be updated.
To upload a new document for a chauffeur for example, you should click the Chauffeurs tab if you are not there already. The same process also applies to vehicles.
Find the chauffeur you are looking for and click Details.
Click on Documents, then Upload.
Then select the file you need to replace, add an expiration date if required, and press upload. The document's expiration date must be more than 14 days in the future.
That's it, you're all set.
Remember, your documents and information are treated with the strictest confidence, and are never used for anything else other than to ensure compliance with Blacklane standards and local regulations.
