If you are registering to become a Blacklane partner, it is essential that you complete the chauffeur training in full. You can see your training status in the Onboarding Portal:

If you have finished all of the chauffeur training modules, but your training status still shows Incomplete, please contact the Partner Support team. You can reach them via chat, by clicking ‘Talk to a person’. We will verify your training status and let you know the next steps in your application.
