What should I do if my app is unresponsive or working improperly?

Technical difficulties? Let's get that sorted ASAP.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties when using your Blacklane for Chauffeurs app, there a few basic things we can try straight off:

  1. Try to refresh the app by closing it completely and then restarting

  2. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Blacklane for Chauffeurs app and any pending updates have been installed. If in doubt, please delete the app from your device altogether and then reinstall it from the play/app store

If you are experiencing an issue with your partner portal, please try the following:

  1. Clear your browser history/cookies

  2. Ensure that you are using Google Chrome as your web browser, as we have found this to be more compatible with certain aspects of the website

  3. Please use a laptop or computer instead of your phone

If the problem persists after trying the above, please reach out to the Partner Support team on chat by clicking 'Talk to a person' and we would be happy to look into this in more detail for you. When messaging, please try to describe the issue in as much detail as possible, and include screenshots where possible.
