More information on when to contact the partner operations team, and how your market manager can help with other topics

For queries relating to the addition of vehicles/chauffeurs, updating account information such as payment information or administrative changes, please contact partnersupport@blacklane.com or message the partner operations team using the chat feature on your partner portal. A member of our team will then get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

If you wish to discuss more specific topics relating directly to your account such as compensation or fixed rates, please contact partner@blacklane.com to reach out to your market manager directly. Emails to this address will be automatically forwarded to the market manager responsible for your region of operation.

Please be aware that our crew regularly receive a high volume of contacts and as such there may be a short wait in response time, however we will always try to reply to any query in the shortest time possible.
