Which option should I choose when opening a chat?

Opening a chat with Blacklane is always the fastest way to speak to a member of the Partner Care or Partner Operations teams.

Updated over a week ago

When opening a chat, choosing the most accurate option allows Blacklane to collect information about your query upfront, giving us the necessary context to help you even faster. Our system will connect you directly with the relevant team, which avoids delays which could be caused if we need to transfer your message to another team.

The "I am looking for something else" option within the Partner Operations topic should only be used if no previous options describe your reason for contact, and is prioritized lower than other operationally urgent topics.

When you open a chat, the following options are available:

โ€‹

About a booking - Select this option to reach out to customer care about any past, current or future bookings, be it urgent or non-urgent topics. The customer care team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
