If you or one of your chauffeurs sees an on-hold message in the chauffeur app, it means that either the chauffeur or company account is currently on hold.
What message might appear?
You may see one of these messages in the app:
Your account is on hold
Your chauffeur account is on hold
Your company account is on hold
You can also open the You tab and click Profile details to check your status in the app.
What does this mean?
An on-hold message means the account cannot work as normal right now.
If the company account is on hold:
New rides can’t be accepted in the chauffeur app or Partner Portal
The Offers tab is hidden
Some upcoming rides may be reassigned
If the chauffeur account is on hold:
New rides can’t be accepted
Some upcoming rides may be reassigned
Who can I contact for help?
If the banner says Your account is on hold, please contact your company admin.
If the banner says Your company account is on hold, chauffeurs without admin permissions should contact their company admin.
If you’re an account owner or dispatcher and see either Your chauffeur account is on hold or Your company account is on hold, please contact Blacklane for more information.
What should I do next?
If you’re the account owner or dispatcher, please check whether there are any outstanding account or compliance steps in the Partner Portal, and review any recent communication from Blacklane.
