Chauffeurs and partners can now upload documents in the ‘You’ tab of the chauffeur app.
This feature is being rolled out on a city-by-city basis so it's possible you may not see this in your app just yet. We'll let you know when it's available where you are.
Note: this in-app option does not replace the Partner Portal, you can still use the website to submit documentation.
For partners:
Upload company documents, as well as documents for all chauffeurs and vehicles added to your account
Review and approve documents uploaded by your chauffeurs
Receive notifications about documents which are soon to expire or need to be updated
For chauffeurs:
Upload your chauffeur documents (driver license, profile picture). Once they’re approved by your company representative, we’ll review your files
We’ll also let you know if any of your documents are soon to expire or need to be replaced
A sample image with an upload guideline will provide an example to the document requested
See the status of each document: approved, rejected, expired, in review, or expiring soon
How it works:
Select Profile details in the You tab
Select the document you want to upload. iOS users can submit a file or a photo, for now Android users are only able to upload files. An update for this is coming soon.
We'll share a sample version of the document and list the guidelines. Press Select document to find your file
Select the file from your device
Depending on the document, you might be asked to add the expiration date
You can also upload more than one file if necessary
Your document is now In review and will be checked as soon as possible
If you have any feedback on this feature, or any other part of the chauffeur app, please let us know in the You tab.
