Driver’s licenses are verified via Onfido, a trusted digital identity solution.
Driver’s licenses cannot be uploaded or replaced manually in the Partner Portal.
If a chauffeur’s driver’s license has expired, been renewed, or was rejected during verification:
Contact Blacklane via chat to let us know the name of the chauffeur whose license needs to be replaced.
Our team will retrigger the Onfido identity verification email so the chauffeur can complete the check.
Once the identity check has been approved, the driver’s license status will be updated automatically.
