Driver licenses are verified via Onfido, a trusted digital identity solution.
Driver licenses can't be uploaded or replaced manually in the partner portal.
If a chauffeur’s driver license has expired, been renewed, or was rejected during verification:
Contact Blacklane via chat to let us know the name of the chauffeur whose license needs to be replaced.
Our team will retrigger the Onfido identity verification email so the chauffeur can complete the check.
Once the identity check has been approved, the driver’s license status will be updated automatically.
