How to reach Partner Care and Partner Support

Opening a chat with Blacklane is always the fastest way to speak to a member of the Partner Care or Partner Operations teams.

There are five different ways to access the chat feature.

1 From any page like this one in the Partner Help Center, by clicking the orange bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen.

2 Via the Partner Portal.

3 Via the partner page of the Blacklane website.

4 Via the app, by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner.

Then select ‘Help’. This will take you here, to the Partner Help Center, where you can search for articles, or open a chat.

5 You can also open a chat when viewing a planned or current ride. First, make sure you are viewing the ride details, and press the ‘Extras’ tab.

From the extras tab, you can launch a chat with the Partner Care or Partner Support teams.
