Opening a chat with Blacklane is always the fastest way to speak to a member of the Partner Care team.
There are four ways to access the chat feature.
1 From any page like this one in the partner help center, by clicking the bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2 Via the Partner Portal.
3 Via the app, in the 'You' tab by tapping 'Chat with Blacklane'.
4 You can also open a chat when viewing a planned or current ride. First, make sure to open the ride details, and press the ? symbol in the top right corner.
From here, you can launch a chat or start a call with the Partner Care team.
