Invoices are emailed to our main point of contact for your company at the beginning of each month.
You have five days to review your invoice and let us know if you have any questions or think there is a discrepancy.
Payments are made in the middle of the month and usually visible by the 17th.
Your invoice will contain the details of all the rides you performed in the previous month, plus any extra compensation for additional wait time, route changes, etc. Payments are made via wire/bank transfer.
