Starting April 2026, pickup signs will only be accessible from the Blacklane chauffeur app, and not as an attachment in the ride confirmation email.
Remember, Blacklane-branded name signs must be displayed on a tablet when requested in the booking, and for all airport and train station pickups.
Finding the pickup sign
Pickup signs are available in the app as soon as you accept the ride and can be found in the ride screen for each individual booking.
Sharing the pickup sign to your tablet
The instructions below are for iOS, but the same process applies for Android devices.
Navigate to the ride details screen
Click the pickup sign
Select the share icon
Choose whether to share via:
Airdrop (does not require wifi)
Email
