Dynamic pickup times powered by FlightAware make airport pickups easier for chauffeurs.
What does it mean?
The following information is now clearly displayed in the chauffeur app:
Original and adjusted pickup time
Recommended arrival time for pickup
End of wait time/no-show time
Key points:
Pickup time will be automatically updated when a flight is early or delayed
Original landing and pickup time will be clearly marked with a strikethrough
Landing times will be updated automatically based on real-time flight data
What do I need to do to use this feature?
Make sure the chauffeur app is updated to the latest version to access the new dynamic pickup time feature. If the update hasn’t been installed yet, it can be downloaded from the app store.
Please use the information in the app as a guide for when to arrive at the airport
What else do I need to know?
Lateness will be determined by the pick up time shown in the app.
Please press ‘arrived at pick up’ as soon as you reach the airport, before the pickup time
If a flight arrival time changes by 15 minutes or more, we’ll send you a message.
If any issues occur, let us know as soon as possible and use external flight information sources in the meantime.
Remember to contact Blacklane once the waiting time has expired and the guest has not shown up.
