What are sentiment surveys?
These are short questionnaires that appear each month in your chauffeur app. They help us understand what’s working and where we can make improvements for chauffeurs and partners.
Sentiment surveys will be available every month, and only take a minute to complete.
How do in-app surveys work?
Each month, you’ll see a banner or message in the chauffeur app asking you to share your feedback.
When this appears:
Open the survey by tapping the prompt
Answer a few quick questions about your experience
Submit your responses directly in the app
