Dynamic pickup times
Airport pickups are now easier to plan with dynamic pickup times powered by Flightaware.
The chauffeur app is updated when a flight arrives early or is delayed, and shows the original and adjusted times, a recommended arrival time, and the end of the waiting period. This helps chauffeurs time their airport arrival more confidently and see the latest pickup details in one place. Read about dynamic pickup time.
Reviewing updated rides
When a ride assigned to your company changes, chauffeurs with Provider permission can review the clearly marked updates in the app and accept or decline before the confirmation deadline. This gives your company a chance to decide whether the revised booking still works, while the visible timer and pending-confirmation list help you avoid losing a ride by missing the response window. Coming soon: in-app tipping
In-app tipping has already been launched in London, making it easier for guests to show their appreciation through the app. The feature will soon be rolled out worldwide, giving chauffeurs more opportunities to receive tips from guests. Blacklane takes no margin and absorbs the processing fees, so 100% of the tip goes to you.
