Your ‘Current streak’ is the number of double 5 star ratings you have collected in a row.
If you receive a rating lower than 5 stars, your streak will reset to 0 as it is a continuous rolling tally. The only way to increase this is to perform more 5 star rides!
Your star rating (4.97 rating in the example above) is based on the last 90 days. This is on a rolling basis, and is updated daily.
The double 5 star percentage shows you how many rides you have performed where the chauffeur and vehicle were both rated 5 stars, compared to all the rides you have performed. The more rides you perform which receive a double 5-star rating, the higher your % will be.
