We understand how important ratings are to chauffeurs and partners, and are grateful for the dedication and hard work that goes into maintaining these.

Above are examples of the rating information visible to you in the chauffeur app.

  • Your ‘Current streak’ is the number of double 5 star ratings you have collected in a row.

  • If you receive a rating lower than 5 stars, your streak will reset to 0 as it is a continuous rolling tally. The only way to increase this is to perform more 5 star rides!

  • Your star rating (4.97 rating in the example above) is based on the last 90 days. This is on a rolling basis, and is updated daily.

  • The double 5 star percentage shows you how many rides you have performed where the chauffeur and vehicle were both rated 5 stars, compared to all the rides you have performed. The more rides you perform which receive a double 5-star rating, the higher your % will be.
