If your company already performs rides with Blacklane and you’d like to operate in an additional city, you must complete the requirements for that city before you can accept rides there.
Note: Document requirements and approved vehicles vary by city. The ability to operate in additional cities is not guaranteed.
What do I need to do?
Check if Blacklane operates in the city. Review the current list of cities and areas where Blacklane operates.
Contact Partner Care. Start a chat or email partner@blacklane.com and tell us which city you want to add.
Provide the city-specific documents via chat or email. Our team will confirm what you need to operate in that city. This usually includes local documents such as an airport permit, where applicable.
Wait for confirmation that the nearby city has been added to your account. You can start performing rides after your documents are approved and Blacklane has added the nearby city to your account.
