Why am I not seeing any bookings on my app?

Advice on what can influence the bookings you see in the app

If you are seeing a limited number of rides in the auction system, there could be a couple of different reasons:

  • Market seasonality
    Each market has their own seasons of high and low volume. This is impacted by things like weather, events, tourism and business travel. We are constantly working to improve demand during slower seasons to keep booking counts steady throughout the year.

  • Your quality, electric share and giveback stats*
    Partners who have the best chauffeur quality rating, less incidents, higher electric vehicle share, and give back less rides will see more bookings in the auction. If your account has a poor overall quality from the last 45 days and/or someone with Dispatcher permission gives back more rides, this will impact the amount rides that you see in the auction.

The best way to increase your access to rides is to perform already available rides to the highest possible standard. The higher your ratings, the more rides you will see. For 5 star tips on how to take your service to the next level, check out this article.
