I can’t see any rides in the auction system- what should I do?

No rides available to you in the app? There could be a number of different reasons, so let's take a look...

We know it can be frustrating if your offers page looks like this:

Not to worry, there could be a number of different reasons for this.

First of all, please make sure that you have permission to view and accept rides.

If you do not have the Dispatcher, Provider or Reviewer permissions assigned to your chauffeur profile, you will not be able to see or accept rides in the partner portal or BL for chauffeurs app.

You can check which permissions you have by accessing the Chauffeur tab and clicking 'Details' next to your name.

If you have one or more of the permissions listed above, please double check that you do not have any filters applied on the offers tab of your app.

Checking boxes will activate the filter, so if you do not wish to filter any of the rides available to you, please leave all boxes unchecked.

After checking the above, if you still cannot see any rides, please reach out to us via chat so that we can look into this in more detail for you.
